AU PAIR IN AUSTRIA

Can I Apply?

Applicants must:

· Between ages 18-28 years

· Have basic knowledge of German

· Be available for max. 12 months stay

– or – a summer stay of 9 weeks (July and August)

The Au pair will be expected to give quality childcare and become a reliable older "sister" or "brother" for the children, care for them and offer companionship, love and guidance. Additionally they may be asked to do babysitting 1-2 evenings per week. Furthermore they will be responsible of light household duties (eg. ironing, light cleaning, washing, vacuuming, preparing light meals).

What Are the Benefits?

The au pair will receive:

	For 25 hours and possibly 1-2 evenings babysitting per week, au pairs receive pocket money of 60 Euros/week
	43,6 Euros/month for public transport and/or German lessons
	their own bedroom and full board ( 3 meals per day)
	health and accident insurance
	membership in AuPairClub with monthly meetings, a list of all aupairs in the nearby area , emergency contact number, etc.
